George Ganitis is an Australian writer of fiction, non-fiction, essays, commentary and more, currently residing in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is particularly interested in Latin American and Australian issues. He speaks fluent Spanish and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from La Trobe University with majors in History and Spanish.
His work has been featured in Overland, he was shortlisted for the 2018 Monash Undergraduate Prize for Creative Writing, and he received the Walter Mangold Language Scholarship for his studies at Universidad Torcuato di Tella.
